I am currently working with our Customer Experience leader to improve what we do with the information we are gathering from customers via NPS surveys and other customer feedback loops. In the past, I have seen customer experience go wrong - which has taught me as much as the times I have been involved with customer experience done right! I have been part of project teams tasked with improving new customer experiences through the development of consistent, effective onboarding procedures. I have also led efforts to collect and evaluate NPS surveys in order to better communicate with customers (both promoters and detractors). In addition to marketing experience, I am a believer in lifelong learning and will bring my passion for education to my advisory role.

I am a marketing generalist with a passion for content marketing and the development of messaging that informs and educates so our customers make the best decisions for their organizations. I started my career in an agency but have been on the client side for over 25 years in financial services and healthcare.
I love the creativity and problem solving that marketers balance every day and am always trying to learn more ways to reach customers in a meaningful way. Currently, I am a marketing director in the healthcare industry and am responsible for strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that span the customer journey from awareness to customer experience.
I have lived in Tampa for over 20 years with my husband, two sons - one is a freshman at FSU and the other is a junior at Robinson HS in the IB program - and our devoted Golden Retriever. As a family, our passions are visiting national parks in our RV and spending time on the water.
