Jacquelyn Robinson is a Professional Development Administrator with McKinsey & Company. She directly supports committees across several cells and tenure levels in addition to shaping efforts to improve evaluation processes for the North American region between cycles.
 
Prior to joining McKinsey & Company in 2018, Jacquelyn was a Sales and Operations Manager for Ulta Beauty where she lead a high performing team as well as all aspects of store operations, including inventory-related processes, merchandise resets, visual ad sets and pricing compliance.

​In addition to Jacquelyn’s beauty and retail experience, she has 16 years experience in the legal, government and non-profit sectors.
