As an Instructional Designer for Teladoc Health, Shanna designs multiweek training programs for the Member Support team to help them in their contact with members.

​In this and previous roles, Shanna has worked with many internal customers and trains others how to improve their interactions with customers. She earned her Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
